Senior Retail Assistant - Central, Hong Kong

🛍 Responsibilities:
1. Lead and support sales team to achieve targets
2. Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
3. Drive sales through product knowledge
4. Maintain high visual merchandising standards
5. Manage inventory and assist in stock replenishment. Ensure orders are sent out on time.
6. Implement sales strategies, drive revenue growth (by means of monthly workshops)
📌 Requirements:
1. 2 years + of retail sales experience
2. Proven leadership & team skills
3. Sales-driven mindset
4. Excellent communication abilities
5. Customer-focused mindset
6. Flexibility to travel for overseas expos & to attend events
Full Time (5 days per week) 20,000 - 30,000HKD per month (experience dependant) with commission on store sales. Package includes; MPF, leave allowance, statutory sick pay, statutory public holidays, Anaphe seasonal uniform.
